From Ken M 6/29/2020 (my note- Ken had also told me that his father had developed kidney stones in his 20’s )
I read you first D3 book in 2014 and immediately embarked on a 50k daily of D3;1 LEF Super K complex of 1500mcg of K1. 1300mcg K2.I knew you said it was essential I take K2 with it, but the amount didn’t make an impression. Money was more of an issue in those days so I skimped a bit.
After several months on that regimen, I developed a tiny painful kidney stone that I passed with medication in about a week, and the doctor took me off D3 until my level went down. I had a pacemaker installed at age 73 due to slow heartbeat due to node signal blockage and being a lifelong runner/exerciser. I never had a symptom or issue, but the doctors insisted so I gave in.\\The next year I had a right hip that was so worn out that I could hardly walk without severe pain, but a new hip fixed that problem.
I suspect my left hip has also worn out, because I had a bit of lower back pain which sometimes made me limp when I walked.
After reading your new update about what doctors don’t tell you, I started taking 6 tablets of
combined D3/K2 totalling 30kD3 and 600mcg K2;
2 tablets of combined Calcium/Phosphorus/Magnesium/ Potassium in the amounts of 1000mg/500mg/1000mg/200mg;
2 tablets of combined Calcium/Phosphorus/Magnesium/
1 tablet of Bronson Super B Complex that contains all of them;
50mg Zinc Sulfat;
a sip of Boron water about every other day.
I am almost pain free these days and daily speed walk .8 miles while exercising with a 10 lb dumbbell in each hand
I also do 100 on my back crunch alternating let thrusts and use 15 lb dumbells at night.

100 curls, 30 standing presses, and swing them around a bit.
I am a very fit near 79 year old and can do 75 incline push ups with ease and have a healthy libido.
Life is good when you take care of it.

2000 units of Melatonin [for blood sugar and anti-aging, which caused me to drop 25 lbs], and two 5 mg Eliquis for occasional mild undetectable Afib,
5mg Amlodipine, and
150mg Irbesartan for blood pressure.
