Not because I read it, but because it actually helped me! I had a large fibroid tumor and the doctors (received 2 opinions) recommended surgery to remove my entire uterus. Well guess what? After remaining on a high dosage of vitamin D3 with the proper, K2, magnesium, zinc and calcium balance–and of course, changing my diet, my last MRI showed that the tumor is now in necrosis status. What’s ironic is that my doctor at Emory in Atlanta dropped me because I refused to have the surgery. My response? Deuces! If there were a law against them doing such a thing to me, I would have sued them.
Hello, I’ve been looking for resources on using vitamin d3 for fibroids as I read studies concluding it has an effect on shrinking them. I read somewhere it is not advisable to use low doses as it may counter the effect. so I’m asking what doses are better and what resources could be useful on this?

Here is an article that will be helpful to you….you should proably read my 2 books on high dose vitamin d3 therapy avaiable at amazon one was published in 2011 antoher in 2019 to do it safely….as high dose d3 can induce deficeincies in 5 differnt cofaxctors each of which can produce negative symptoms- Some very negative! unless you supplement wqiht the cofactors as well as d3
