I am so grateful for this book. I had a ganglion cyst the size of a ping pong ball on the top of my wrist. It persisted for about a year. I had it drained twice and was thinking of surgery due to frustration. I read this book along with Dr. Leong’s book on Vitamin K2. And 5 weeks later the cyst shrunk and now is gone.
