Subject: melatonine, D3 higher limit
Message Body:
Hy Jeff,
thanks for your work, one info and one question. tj^he info for you first: seems you missed some huge information (maybe now you have it, but just in case you dont : the correct dose of D3 is not “around 100 or 120 ngr/Mol “, acording to dr Coimbra the correct dose is : you increase D3 until the parathyroid hormone goes out of the fork..
OK, now I want to ask you how to increase melatonin? I m now taking 15mg, when I took 30 , I was dizzy and sleepy the whole next day.
Im fifty, I had a spinal cord lesion in my 18, and did also do a lot of personal health experiment and searching.. may be we ll have more to exchange..
best regards…

HI there Alain
I think Dr Coimbra has a different way of looking at things…..
but actually there are a lare number of genes that are controlled directly or indirectly by Vitamin D3 (2700+)
it has also been shown tht the higher the level of D3 in the blood the more genes that are affected….
no mention of paratrhyroid in these studies
based on reports form 1,000+ high dose d3 experiemtners I have seen that most people do not get a cure for thir diseases
uitil d3 levels are around 125 to actually 150 ng/ml
in fact I know of one lady who has to keep it at 150 ng/ml or her crohn’s dsieas a comes back at 100 ng/ml
same with a dr. who has psoriasis
she does not monitor her parathyrouid hormone
gettigng dizzy AND sleeping the whole day when first taking high doses of melatonin is normal
and it goes away ..the dizziness goes away pretty quickly a few days
but the sleepiniess can last for 3 to 4 months then eventualy you only need about 8 hours a day….
