Hey Jeff I have a pretty cool update. So yesterday i got out of hospital, my bloods tests showed some inflammation in my bowel. I have Ulcerative Colitis which honestly only bothers me every few years. So I had a colonoscopy and it showed the inflammation, however the Doctor said it was ‘strange’ because it was dampened down without treatment – I also had NO symptoms, as you probably know UC comes with diahorrea, pain, etc. I asked for Vitamin D levels to be checked – It came back as 400nmols which is about 160ng. I told him it must be the Vitamin D controlling my UC, he said no and that it was ‘toxic’. I also said about Vitamin K2 and he had no idea. Typical! Also the lupus is getting better, liver function tests are perfect! Also my hemmorhoids are almost gone, seems like my body is starting to heal. Thought i’d let you know. Also bought 4 of your books for family members, Many thanks! Dan.

wow Dan that is Awesome

you know  Dr Coimbra has cured lupus pateitns  with 1000 IUs  per kg of body weight per day…search the internet..

or this serch engine>>>   https://jefftbowles.com/vitamin-d3-cure-search-engine-can-d3-cure-your-disease-1000-case-studies/

also I have a blog post about an Italian Dr who cured his ulcerative colitis  in 10 months  taking about 80k ius  of d3  per day
I also know of a lady who has to keep her d3 levels at 150 ng/ml  or her crohn’s disase comes back  at 100 ng/ml
you can tell you doc that d3 is completely non toxic at any level…it is the using up of its 5 cofcators  that leads to “D3 toxicity”
use up your k2  and you can get excess calciuim in your blood  ….use up your magnesium and you can get mg  def symptoms  like dizziness blood prresasure changes  arhytmias  heart fracing  panic attacks  cramps  etc  etc…  d3 uses up cofactors at a high rate..
so as long as you are supplementing with enoguh cofactors  d3 will be NONTOXIC!!   did he test your blood calcium ?? if not he does not know what he is doing…
and keep in mind  160 is not that high  summer lifegauards in florida  routinely test out at 125 ng/ml
great news!!  Ill add you to the search engine!!  read this>>>
also do you want my free book about coivd-19  I give it away free because it was banned by amazon!!!

“One more precious life restored thanks to vitamin D Protocol.”

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), popularly known as Lupus is an autoimmune disease that primarily affects the skin, joints, kidneys and the brain. However, it can also affect almost all organs, including the lungs, the heart and the eyes.

Hebert, 39 years, developed an acute of Lupus affecting initially his skin and scalp. After that, he developed Vasculitis that caused injury in his left eye.

Fortunately, the diagnosis was established quickly and we started the treatment with high doses of vitamin D and four sessions of Solu-Medrol IV Infusion Therapy.

The immunomodulatory effect of vitamin D is essential for the treatment of Lupus in the long run, because the side effects of conventional drugs can be devastating: the prolonged corticotherapy cause stretch marks, cataracts, hypertension and osteoporosis. Hydroxychloroquine (reuquinol) can cause severe vision loss. Methotrexate causes liver damage and teratogenic effects.

His clinical evolution was amazing: the joint pain ceased, the skin lesions disappeared, the hair grew and he regained the lost weight and his physical and mental disposition. His testimony is very important and the images speak for themselves.

Lupus Testimonials (Coimbra Protocol)

Lupus Testimonials (Coimbra Protocol)
Lupus is a chronic, autoimmune disease that can damage any part of the body (skin, joints, and/or organs inside the body). Chronic means that the signs and symptoms tend to last longer than six weeks and often for many years.

This Protocol requires the guidance and monitoring by a physician with specific training to analyze each particular case.

There is a List of Doctors Worldwide here: http://www.thisisms.com/forum/coimbra-h … 27159.html.

Some doctors work via Skype

Livia Testimonial
Image
Livia is a girl full of life and plans, practicing Classical Ballet since she had 2 years old.

Unfortunately, 10 years ago she began to present hair loss, lost an eyebrow and developed Vasculitis in her skin and mucous membranes. She was feeling a lot of pain in her abdominal area and in her joints. She developed a severe depression and required psychotherapy and antidepressants.

The disease worsened a lot with an relapse of pericarditis and dermatological lesions. So, in the hospital she received the diagnosis of Lupus and doctors were given to her high doses of hydroxychloroquine, azathioprine and cortisone.

The side effects of these medicines soon manifested: sleeplessness, stretch marks, acne, she gained 18 kg and she lost more than 70% of her vision.

When the doctors tried to reduce the doses of the medications to minimize their side effects, symptoms of the disease worsened.

She consulted two ophthalmologists and they said that the visual impairment caused by reuquinol (hydroxychloroquine) was irreversible.

Searching on the Internet, her mom found out the Protocol of Dr. Cicero and came to see us in our clinic.

We suspend immediately all conventional medicines, and we prescribed the Protocol of vitamin D and, by extension, we withdraw the toxic food (gluten).

As the patient was high sensitivity to gluten, the success of her treatment with vitamin D Protocol is closely related to the elimination of wheat, rye, barley and oats from her diet.

Livia is following the gluten-free diet rigorously.

The evolution was simply spectacular!

Just two months after the first visit she recorded this statement as long as 100% vision recovered, lost weight 4 kg, she is sleeping well, got out of the depression and she is very happy!

hey jeff, so about 2 months ago i got my vit d and calcium levels checked – doc said calcium is normal but my vit d was 52 (UK levels). So i upped the Vit d to 50.000IU’s a day – almost 2 months on and the lupus symptoms are still present, am i too impatient? thing to note is that lupus is affecting my liver, I’m thinking i may need higher than 50,000 a day if my liver may not be absorbing it as fast.  any thoughts? cheers!

hypercalemia is rare  very rare  atr doses less than 100,000 a day of d3…I have not heard of it unless someone was taking 300,000 or more…only 2 cases  out of maybe 1,000 high doseers  both were tkaing more than 300,000 a day  for months

the first syptoms  are loss of appetite  then nausea  then vomiting  and then rpaid weight loss….
but you cna just go get a bloo dtest if you wsant to ease your mind  have tghem check your blood calcium
in several otyher cases if pelople did notytake enpugh k2   there have been 2 or 3 cases of calium kidney stones…take extra  k2  if you want to be safest

keepa journal for the lupus symptoms…so we can ad to the 1,000+ case studies  database  thanks!!  JB

Thanks for the fast reply. Lupus symptoms are slowly but surely improving for sure, esp the joint pain. VIT D has also fixed my hypoglycemia. what symptoms would i get from high calcium levels? is it safe to carry on with VIT D? I’m looking at parathyroid symptoms and i don’t relate to them. Also I’m only 31 too. many thanks!

Hi there

Usually high dose d3  suppresses PTH..so if you have hyperparathyroidism  your blood calcium might be going  up
you should get aa blood tet for PTH adn calcium and see if they are normal

if normal  maybe the d3  is just doing some remodeling….hard to say….how ar the lupus symptoms  doing???

In primary hyperparathyroidism, an enlargement of one or more of the parathyroid glands causes overproduction of the hormone. This causes high calcium levels in the blood, which can cause a variety of health problems. Surgery is the most common treatment for primary hyperparathyroidism.Jun 18, 2020

Thanks for the reply, I have an update – so the last couple of weeks i’ve been taking 30,000iu of D3, K2 and recently added magnesium as i noticed some magnesium deficiency symptoms. The other day whilst shaving I felt an enlarged gland. After some reading it seems like a parathyroid gland, i have read it is due to VIT D deficiency, is this true? or is it my magnesium deficiency?  I read on your site people had their parathyroid gland removed, kinda worried. any advice? thanks a lot!

Hey Jeff, I was told by someone on facebook you are the man to talk to about Vitamin D/K2 and autoimmune diseases. It looks like I have Lupus, needing tests to actually confirm (stuck in lockdown here in the UK). What dosages would you recommend starting out at? and when to increase etc? I know they will try to put me on horrible drugs like prednisone and other immune suppressing drugs, but I will flat out refuse – that stuff even makes my hair fall out. Thanks man, hope you’re safe from the virus. Dan.
