Hi Jeff
Love your book and have read it several times and learn something new
every time! I’ve been taking between 1000/9000 d3 everyday for over
a year now and get bloods every 3 months. Every time they say stop taking
d3 as my last test was 188nmol/lI take my k from life extension and don’t want
to stop the d3 as my hair has been so amazing since taking it,
before it use to come out in clumps! Do you think I should take notice of
the drs? Also can I take my d and k on my fast days?
