Whitney CJeff Bowles ok this was actually very interesting information about magnesium deficiency symptoms. I started experiencing chronic hyperventilation syndrome (inability to get a deep breath) 14 years ago along with upper muscle tension, fatigue, weakness and several seizures. This all began around the time I started experiencing mood disorders. I am going to seriously look into this and start taking some magnesium stat. How much is recommended per day?
Jeff Bowles Whitney C. HI there .I had a thought last night that Iw anted to tell you.
.taking high dose vitamind3 or getting it from the sun has a side effect  it eats up your magnesium even faster!!!! As far as correcting a ,magnesium deficiency it is kind fo difficult as you need to  keep magnesium in your blood around the clock as much as possible.
Taking one big dose doesnt work well..a high dose all at once will give you diarrhea and you will just pass it out.
..A good way to solve this is to get an extnded release magnesium www/lef/org sells a good cheap one...it lasts for 6 hours take 2 x  a day…if you can handle 500 mg 2 x a day that would be great then see if you can handle it 3x a day or see if you can take 750 mg 2 x a day??
If it gives you diarrhea for more than a week then you should likely cut back….After a year of this you will be good as new!!
You might want to read the book the magnesium miracle by Dr Carolyn Dean…..she advocates getting micronized magnesium liquid called remag (she sells it) mixing with water or juice and sipping throughout the day….check out various articles at my website jefftbowles.com/ and let me know how it goes.
…I add people’s stories to the 1,000+ case studies search engine….I have a great chapter about magnesium deficiency (and many more symptoms and stories) in my latest book avaiable at Amazon  the miraculous cure for and prevdention of all diseases what doctors never learned.
