 My partner Peter has seasonal allergies and I noticed some wheezing in his chest about three weeks ago, Following his intake of 4,000 D, this has vanished, much to his relief.We have been taking 4.000 VIt D, together with magnesium, zinc etc. for about a month and I want to increase the dosage.
