Interesting info BUT…it doesn’t cover absolutely everything there is to know. What you DO need to know before you read this book is that you should NOT take vitamin D unless you are also increasing your intake of magnesium. By taking lots of vitamin D3 I have hugely damaged my magnesium levels and caused myself a lot of health issues. Go see a practitioner, who can do a hair mineral analysis to see what is going on with your particular body. Also, look at www.gotmag.org for more info on D3 and Mag relationship.
