After a week I took 30000 IU and increased it gradually to 100000 IU. A lab test now showed a D3 level of> 100 ng / ml, so I will now continue with 20000 IU. For my body, the high dosage was no problem, apart from the fact that I was no longer tired in the evening and could sleep worse.
