I’ve been searching for natural medicine to help my 77 year old mom with her Lupus, I see her getting cocktails of pills every time she sees her doctor’s and she is getting worst, I am glad I came upon this book thank you, I already started giving D3 to my mom 5000 of D3 and also for my self at a higher dose since I want to experiment on side effects if any I have many aches and pains from a broken ankle a year ago but my most important is my mom getting back her quality of life.
