I had a Vitamin D test several months ago that came back low, so I started taking vitamin D3 pills and unexpectedly and surprisingly my adult acne that I had been struggling with for years suddenly cleared up and hasn’t come back. I just wanted to get the word out in case it helps someone else. My skin also seems to be less sensitive now too.
