5/15/2020   Amazin Effects on my 8 year old dog!!   Completely cured of crippling arthritis  when drugs did not work
Not sure where to start (and I could go on and on about this author) but, in the interests of brevity, here goes… okay fair warning, it turned out a bit longer than I’d hoped…
I read Jeff’s book on Miracle of D3 and found that incredible in terms of content and helpful advice.  I immediately put hubby and myself on 10k (10,000iu) a day, as well as my 8y/o arthritic dog (85lbs).
Nothing has worked for my dog for almost a year – we’ve had umpteen visits to the vet, she’s been on multi pain meds and every supplement you could mention (spent a small fortune and nothing worked at all!)  She went from being walked at least an hour a day (a good pace walk) to just 5 minutes slow walk to the mail box.
Vet then recommended a different drug, or injections, or physical therapy.  I decided to try the D3 with her – this was about 3 weeks’ ago.  (D3 (5000iu x2).  Since day 1 the change has been nothing short of dramatic.  Vet (when I told her) advised D3 could be bad for her kidneys.  Well, this is the ONLY thing that has worked for my dog where she’s not in pain and we’re able to walk her, and she doesn’t have the horrible limp and stiffness and groaning that she had before.
We also have her bloodwork checked regularly so I’m not concerned (any negative changes will surely show up on her next bloodwork).  As well, we stopped (in addition to all the pain meds, all the supplements) the CBD (which we used for her tremors).  She’s not had a single tremor.  This is unbelievable.  We do have a ‘million dollar’ mut (rescue) and this is probably the least expensive cost we’ve had in the last 7-8 years with our dog.
Anyway, moving on, I feel good (both hubby and I in our 50s), too early to tell what it will do for us.  The great thing about my dog is that she can’t discern any placebo effect or otherwise.  I want to up the D3 as soon as my order comes through from Peter.  The website that Jeff mentions in his book – the chap who runs that is Peter and he is very nice indeed (I spoke with him twice over the phone).  Massive savings.  There is a few week’s delay with the order and I think that’s due to the current corona virus ‘and’ the corporate (big) clients which Peter has.  I ordered the D3 and K2.
I should mention, I’ve also had the very good fortune to go back and forth via email with Jeff himself (the author), who gave me additional advice for my dog.  He also recommended boran (hope I got that right), as he used this very successfully for his own german shepherd (I still need to get this and have high hopes it will make my dog even better, in terms of her health).  Jeff was very prompt (can’t believe how quickly he responds but kudos to him) and is very generous with his advice.  Thank you Jeff for all the info you’ve shared – it is much appreciated.
Finally, I also read Jeff’s book (newest one I think) on what doctors don’t want you to know.  I thoroughly recommend this one also.  Just incredibly enlightening for lay folk (non professionals) and how we can improve our own health and not rely on drugs and so called professionals.
I’m not by any means disparaging the entire medical community but from firsthand experience, I know that they don’t always get it right, they don’t look at the ‘whole’ person and the easiest/quickest thing for them to do many times is just to push another drug at you.  I’m going through this at the moment and the latest drug is doing nothing but give me headaches all through the night and on waking.  As mentioned earlier, I’m very keen to up my D3 levels with K2 and come off the so called prescriptive meds!
I can’t wait to read Jeff’s other books.  I’m so impressed (understatement) at his level of commitment to research and his books (in a straight forward ‘conversational’ style (peppered with medical excerpts); I feel that his information will benefit any individual who takes the time to read them.  I need to buy the actual books vs kindle so I can have a ready reference with my own scribbles on it.
Jeff, you’re very much appreciated I’m sure by many who read your books.  Please keep up the great work!
