My CAC score from years of taking A, D3, K2, and magnesium
My doc was worried about my cholesterol AND suggested statins. But he was nice enough to have my heart MRI done to measure the assumed dreaded calcium build up.

This was the first CAC I ever had, but I’ve been eating natto (full of K2) since 2013 and supplementing D3, at 4,000IU/day, for a decade and a half.   I upped the D3 to 10,000 after watching the Vieth lecture, and then up to 15,000 to keep the viruses at bay.
