Hi Jeff, ive been on my own high d3 experiment for 4 years now after reading your 1st book ,50-100000 iu’s, i had come to the conclusion i had an auto immune disease (contrary to my doctor) psoriasis ,yellow toenails, asthma, allergies, multi joint problems, spinal stenosis. chronic fatigue,, my results – toenail colour receding , psoriasis receding ,energy levels going up, ganglion cyst on wrist disappeared, eyesight improved ,im 63 ,doctor could not believe it ,then some weeks later i had a mri scan on my spine ,i was ready for a wheelchair but my spinal chord is regenerating ,consultant aghast “extraordinary “his response, just had to have a hip joint replaced ,my bone density twice that of a guy my age …i could go on,thanks
