Case Studies #13 -High Dose Vitamin D3 CURES Rheumatoid Arthritis

An estimated 70 percent of the population in the U.S. are deficient in vitamin D3. The deficiency is due to a combination of not enough exposure to sunlight, rampant sunscreen use,  and not enough vitamin D3 in the diet. (You can make Vitamin D3 in your skin by sitting in the sun, or you can get it from your diet as plants and animals make it too.) Vitamin D3 is not a vitamin! It is actually a steroid hormone that controls 2,000+ of your genes that are  involved in bone and joint and tissue remodeling and immune system modulation among other things. Vitamin D3 is basically the ultimate biologic. It knows exactly what to do, which genes to turn on or up-, and which to turn off or down- 2000+ of them!.  The many biologics being pushed today by BigPharma just operate on a small segment of the immune system  and create all sorts of side effects.  Vitamin D3 is a powerful hormone, but it  was just misnamed when it was the next  “vitamin” discovered after Vitamin C and in that case it was thought to come from the diet alone. But this was not the case.

With a minimal amount of research on the medical search engine known as Pub Med, anyone can quickly discover that anyone who has an autoimmune disease like RA  also has a much higher chance of getting any of the other autoimmune diseases  such as psoriasis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, IBS, eczema, MS, a number of cancers, etc. And Vice Versa ! Yes they are all linked  and all caused by the same thing-Vitamin D3 deficiency!

You will also find that any disease that is found to occur at  much higher rate in women than in men is almost always an autoimmune disease and almost always treatable by high dose Vitamin D3. By mapping the binding ability of vitamin D receptors found in the genes throughout the body, researchers found that vitamin D3 deficiency increases the risk of developing these autoimmune diseases. A number of people have defects in their Vitamin D3 receptors which requires them to achieve higher blood levels of Vitamin D3 to get the proper signal to their genes. It is many of these people who suffer from autoimmune diseases until they find the Vitamin D3 blood level that is right for them. Some people require a blood level of 150ng/ml (and higher)  to get relief from various diseases while the normal reference range in the US is 30 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml.

If you want to use Big Pharma’s drugs to treat RA, you can buy a drug like Enbrel which has to be injected once a week and costs $4,800 per month! RA drugs also have lots of nasty side effects like edema (swelling of the feet) heartburnstomach upset and stomach ulcers and possibly increased risk of blood clots, heart attack and stroke, cataractselevated blood fats and blood sugar levels, increased appetite and bone loss.

An alternative to consider, however, is high dose Vitamin D3 therapy which seems to be working in quite a few people and is grudgingly becoming an object of mainstream research (grudgingly because Vitamin D3 costs  just a few dollars per year-with no associated astronomical profits that BigPharma loves!)

In 2017, according to Dr Louisa Jeffery, a researcher working on high dose vitamin D3 .“Our research indicates that maintaining sufficient vitamin D may help to prevent the onset of inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis,”  “However, for patients who already have rheumatoid arthritis, simply providing Vitamin D3 might not be enough. Instead much higher doses of Vitamin D3 may be needed, or possibly a new treatment that bypasses or corrects the Vitamin D3 insensitivity of immune cells within the joint.”

She seems to be onto something! But let me tell you about a Dr Coimbra who has been onto something for more than 10 years now… the Brazilian doctor- Dr. Coimbra who claims to have cured his patients’ RA with high dose Vitamin D3 therapy (he has also treated 1,000’s of patients for MS with remarkable results as well). And when I say high dose, we are talking about 1,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day per kilogram of body weight!

Please check out this link to see the stories of his patients like the one that follows.!!!..>>>

“Spontaneous testimony of the patient is more unquestionable evidence of the superiority of vitamin D compared with conventional medicines (drugs).
Giovana presented the first symptoms of her pathology eight years ago. During this period she was treated by  rheumatologists and she took the most modern drugs available for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Unsatisfied with her progress, she came to us to do the treatment protocol developed by Dr. Cicero Coimbra Galli.THE RESULT WAS AMAZING! In just one week the pains, which were very intense began to regress and after four months of treatment she became completely asymptomatic.Since 1940 there are some scientific data in the medical literature reporting that vitamin D in high doses is of great value in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. However, doctors didn’t know how to treat patients with high doses of vitamin D without causing side effects arising excessive absorption of calcium. For more than 10 years Dr. Cícero has solved this problem and now we can prescribe Vitamin D in very high doses for long periods without any complication.Probably within a few years, most of the doctors will be prescribing this hormone called Vitamin D to patients with autoimmune diseases, infectious, neoplastic, allergic and degenerative. Until then, unfortunately, many patients will continue suffering unnecessarily and lots of money will be wasted with the medicines of high cost and low efficiency.”

Vitamin D deficiency

So for those of you who don’t have it>>

What is Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a type of autoimmune disease in which the body’s immune system, which attacks foreign substances to protect the body, mistakenly targets the joint linings. This causes inflammation, which leads to the thickening of the synovium (tissue linings inside the joints). The areas inside and around the joints become painful and swollen. Synovium creates a fluid, which acts as a lubricant for the smooth movement of the joints.

RA affects the joints. This chronic inflammatory disease can also damage the various systems of the body including the eyes, skin, blood, blood vessels, nerves, lungs, or heart.

Symptoms of RA:

  • swollen, tender, painful joints
  • joint stiffness
  • fever
  • fatigue
  • weight loss

Vitamin D deficiency

Signs and symptoms of RA may be intermittent and vary in severity. Over time, RA can cause deformity of the joints.

RA is nearly three times more common in women than in men. Most often, it starts between the ages of 30 and 60; though it can begin at any age and can affect children (juvenile idiopathic arthritis). A history of RA in the family increases the risk of having the autoimmune disorder. However, most people suffering from RA do not have a history of the disease in the family. RA affects people of any race.

Vitamin D and Rheumatoid Arthritis

Deficiency in vitamin D may play a part in chronic pain caused by a number of conditions. Research study has indicated that low levels of vitamin D may be implicated in several musculoskeletal disorders including rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, migraine, and neuropathy.

Some vitamins start working right after being ingested. Vitamin D, on the other hand, must undergo a process in the liver and kidneys to be converted to calcitriol, which can attach to the vitamin D receptors located in most cells in the body. The body stores dehydrocholesterol (a form of pre-vitamin D) in the skin. When sunlight enters the skin, it is converted into pre-vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol.

Vitamin D deficiency

A number of research studies have found a link between low levels of vitamin D3 and heart disease. RA causes systemic inflammation, which affects the internal organs and increases the risk of stroke and heart attack. This risk can be managed by seeing a doctor, eating a balanced diet, and quitting smoking. Another way to manage this risk is getting enough vitamin D3. While more research is still needed, vitamin D3 has shown a positive impact in the prevention of fall and fracture, which are at a higher risk in individuals suffering from RA.

Vitamin D Sources:Spending 15 minutes out in the sun will help you get vitamin D3. And you can tan longer than that ! Some peple will make 20,000 iu of D3 in their skin with just 1/2 hour of full body tanning. So you might increase the risk of getting basal cell carcinoma which is not too dangerous  and almost never spreads, but you will simultaneously be dramatically decreasing your risk of getting a huge list of autoimmune diseases  as well as the most lethal form of skin cancer- melanoma. Melanoma usually shows up on skin that is not exposed to the sun, and is found at much higher rates in people who avoid the sun, and/or who are vitamin D3 deficient. Melanoma has a tendency to spread to other parts of the body and that is why it is so deadly!

You would not be far off the mark  if you said that you are much more likely to die of skin cancer if you use sun screen than if you don’t!

Vitamin D deficiency

Food is also another source of vitamin D3. To increase your vitamin D3 levels, you can consume foods that are rich in vitamin D3. These include oily fish such as tuna, mackerel, and salmon. Mushroom, egg yolks, and vitamin D-fortified milk and cereal are another good source of vitamin D3. you can also get the less bio-active plant form of Vitamin D (Vitamin D2) by eating mushrooms after you have left them out in the sun for awhile, but many believe that Vitamin D3 is the preferred bio-identical hormone that is found in animals and thus will  not have any odd side effects.

But if you want to pay it safe, it is much easier to simply take a daily Vitamin D3 supplement of at  least 5,000 iu per day and up to 20,000 per day without any concern.

And finally, if you plan on performing your own high dose Vitamin D3/Vitamin K2 experiment  to treat your RA  or other condition. You might want to consider buying bulk powder vitamins/hormones  rather than pills given the high doses involved  and the high cost of pills. For example Vitamin K2  can cost  $6,500 per gram if you buy Dr. Mercola’s pills, 30X the cost of gold!! If you buy pure bulk K2 powder  you can get it for just $15 per gram. It’s not just BigPharma who is ripping us off! Find out more from this article>>>>
