FIVE simple changes can dramatically improve the post lunch energy levels for all of us.


  1. Work in the 5 to 10 minute Power Nap if possible.
  2. Plan out to get more sleep.
  3. Go easy on the lunch Carbs.
  4. Unload Stress — with friends, family, pets
  5. Exercise and unwind
